Invoice Payments

SiS offered a new exchange rate for 12 months which started in April 2009. The rate was agreed at 1.14.

However the overall annual price they are charging for a considerably reduced content remains very close to what we were paying for a full service. Our association will be meeting with them in the coming weeks to find ways of reducing this charge.

Irish Commentary

SiS are now giving preference to the Irish Commentary in shops. This means when there is an Irish race running, the commentary for it will be heard before any other event.

BAGS Rights Rebate - 2008

The reconciliation of the 2008 BAGS UK Horseracing Rights coverage has now been undertaken and the final amount calculated means that a rebate will be made to all UK and Irish customers.

The rebate is based on the number of abandoned meetings of BAGS contracted racecourses throughout 2008, which was quite high due to an unusually wet summer.

The rebate amounts to 260euro excluding VAT per site and will be deducted from your February monthly service fee.

A revised invoice will be forwarded to you shortly confirming the deduction and advising the amount due for payment in February.
